Our Mom & Baby Kickboxing program is designed for moms with babies under 12 months who want to get active, build strength, and relieve stress in a supportive and flexible environment. Whether you're new to kickboxing or have previous experience, these classes will help you move, sweat, and feel empowered—while keeping your little one close.

A Supportive & Flexible Class
Led by Coach Bobby (aka “the baby whisperer”), each session focuses on proper technique, fitness, and fun. The atmosphere is relaxed—your baby can sit, lie, or play on a blanket beside you, and you're always free to tend to their needs. Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, diaper changes—it’s all welcome here.
What to Bring:
 ✔️ A small blanket for your baby
 ✔️ Any baby essentials (toys, snacks, diapers, etc.)
 ✔️ A water bottle
 ✔️ Comfortable workout clothes (you’ll train barefoot)
 ✔️ Boxing gloves (optional—sanitized gloves are available)
Important:
Before joining, please ensure you are fully healed postpartum and have medical clearance to resume vigorous exercise. Your health and safety are our top priorities.

 🚗 Entrance is on the right side of the building. Please use street parking.
