Women’s Self-Defence — 8-Week Program, Ages 14+
This 8-week Women’s Self-Defence series is designed as a practical, accessible introduction to self-defence for teens and adults.
The class is open to all fitness levels and abilities, and no prior martial arts experience is required. Complete beginners are welcome.
Training will include a blend of striking and grappling, with an emphasis on:
Awareness, boundaries, and decision-making
Simple, effective techniques
Building confidence and familiarity under pressure
We believe it’s important to be honest: no short course can teach everything there is to know about self-defence. This program is not about memorizing moves or making unrealistic promises. Instead, it’s about giving participants a solid foundation, practical tools, and a clearer understanding of how to continue training safely and effectively.

Dates: February 4 – March 25, 2026
Schedule: Wednesdays, 5:00–6:00 PM
Ages: 14+ (teens and adults)
Cost: $136 + GST (full 8-week series)
Equipment: None required; we’ll train in bare feet and gym clothes
